Wellness is the intentional care of the whole person meaning mind, body, and spirit, so that life can be lived with clarity, integrity, and resilience. It honors the inherent value of each individual, emphasizes restoration and balance, and recognizes that true health involves not only reducing distress, but cultivating meaning, responsibility, and connection with others.

    Individual Wellness Check-In

A one hour, confidential, personal session with a licensed therapist which focuses on the whole person: mentally, physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. It is an opportunity for an employee to self-evaluate any possible areas of struggle and discuss next steps for coping without judgment.

In addition, resources or other support options may be suggested by the therapist who will listen and assess without judgment. Together, in a trusted space, the individual leaves feeling more aware, encouraged, and even prompted to better themselves. Resources and next steps may be suggested, but never required.

  • Group therapy session with six diverse adults seated in a circle, engaged in discussion in a bright room with minimal decor and a large potted plant.

    Group Wellness Check-In

A one-time or periodically scheduled check-in for a group of individuals to gather, connect and share. Guided by a licensed therapist, this time is especially beneficial after a stressful event which was collectively experienced by the group. Everyone’s experience can be different and yet similar. Studies show that verbal processing will not only provide healing, it can also open-up new thoughts and feelings helping others process simply through listening. This comfort and encouragement is excellent wellness care.

*Sometimes group processing will activate emotions in which case the therapist will have resources in place for additional care if needed.
