Megan is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate and holds a Master’s degree in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. Megan currently lives in Raleigh with her husband and daughter.

Inspired by her experience working with college students, she decided to pursue a career in counseling to serve as a resource for those who have endured trauma. She has experience working with issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, marital/premarital counseling, family dynamics, grief, OCD, relationship issues, and life transitions.

As a counselor, Megan strives to walk alongside her clients to empower them towards emotional, spiritual, and mental growth. She believes each individual holds incredible worth and a unique story that deserves to be heard and understood. Therapeutically, Megan uses elements of various counseling theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and Family Systems with adolescents, adults, and families. Megan can also incorporate a theological perspective into her clinical counseling approach upon request.
