Emily is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LMFTA) who brings a compassionate, holistic, and collaborative approach to her sessions. She holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University and a Bachelor's in Psychology from California Baptist University.

With a genuine joy for working with adults, teens, and children, Emily provides systemic, family-wide therapy tailored to each client's unique needs. She blends evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, and Play Therapy to help clients gently navigate difficult life transitions, reframe negative thinking patterns, process grief, and ultimately build lasting resilience.

Additionally, having grown up in a first responder family, Emily is deeply passionate about supporting first responder and military families. She understands firsthand the unique stressors faced by those on the front lines, as well as the shared sacrifices, secondary trauma, and daily challenges experienced by the loved ones waiting at home.

Drawing on over three years of experience as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT), Emily is also equipped to support younger clients and their parents in developing emotional regulation and practical behavioral skills.

Emily recognizes that taking the first step to begin therapy can feel daunting, but she believes there is immense courage in reaching out for support. She is dedicated to creating a safe, warm, and welcoming environment where every individual feels truly heard and empowered on their journey to healing.
