Ashley grew up in Apex, North Carolina. She and her husband have three children and two dogs. As a law enforcement family of 16+ years, they have committed themselves to serving others and partnering with the community in many ways. Ashley is passionate about offering mental health and overall wellness care for every client.

Ashley received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Religion from Liberty University in 2008. In 2014, she completed a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Liberty as she felt called to work more intentionally in the mental health field. She is also a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Supervisor in North Carolina.

Ashley specializes in trauma therapy and utilizes a SAFE attachment approach in counseling. She is a Certified EMDR therapist for individual work and also does Group EMDR (G-TEP). Ashley also enjoys EFT or Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples build connection and healing. Also, she is NERPSC Certified for working with First Responders and frontline workers. Finally, she has also completed the CPTT (Certified Partner Trauma Therapy) course for partners in a relationship with someone who struggles with sexual impulsivity/addiction. Ashley utilizes CBT, TF-CBT, mindfulness, and IFS approaches in working with individuals as she believes every story carries different parts needing intentional care. She often works with individuals who have experienced PTSD as well as various types of betrayal such as sexual, emotional, financial, organizational, and more. Also, anxiety, depression, career challenges, balancing work/family and parenting struggles. Ashley is certified in offering CISM for First Responders and she is passionate about wellness care services for individuals and groups.
